Workout: morning @ plyo
At my last plyo class of 2008, I made the mistake of announcing to our instructor my brilliant idea of adding another plyo class to the weekly mix. So I *had to* be there! It's advertised as a 'boot camp' type of class, but it was an hour of hot, sweaty plyo... at six in the morning! How I love thee!
Shuttle runs aren't good for shin splints. In case you didn't already know that.

A perfect post-workout refresher!
Naughty Points: ZERO... so far
I started off with sixteen, and have five sugar-free orange vanilla marshmallows left. Am pretty sure they will be devoured as soon as I get home!
