coming clean :: day fifty-eight

Workouts: lunch @ gym (1.5 mile jog + 1.8 mile bike) + evening @ pool (3,500 SCY)

I brought reading materials with me to the gym, but
watched Gibbs answer questions about Daschle's HHS nomination withdrawal. Not by choice. Boss was right next to me! I threw in a few yoga poses to stretch out my hip flexors which were still a little owwie from yesterday's Pilates mini-session.

My first swim in a week!
MannieMandible shared her swim workouts with me, and I decided to give the "ladder mile" a whirl. You swim 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 laps, and voilà, it adds up to 66 laps -- one mile! Pretty cool, huh?

Blue Lavender by Jovia Handmade Soap

I love soap that doesn't require re-lathering! I agree that this soap is "[p]erfect for a relaxing bath after a hard days work". I also liked that it wasn't scented with *just* lavender. "This denim blue bar has a soft powdery floral lavender scent that is the result of combining lavender, rose, sweet orange and a touch of sweet birch." A winning combination!


Naughty Points: ZERO!

Instead of devouring the rest of the cherry pie, I've been munching on Whole Foods granola clusters. I hope you don't mind that I'm not counting them as 'naughty points' :: smirk ::

I usually only do the "coming back down" half of pyramid sets. I'm a wimp like that :P
