Workout: evening @ pool (3,600 SCY)
The pool was deserted. Was everyone at home watching "A Muppets Christmas"? It obviously slipped my mind... :: boo ::

After yesterday's post-workout success, I wanted to see how well this soap would hold up after I had been pickling in chlorine for an hour. Survey says, "Yah!"
