project wonderful :: happy easter

I just wanted to take a brief moment to give a hippity-hoppity "Hello" and "Happy Easter" to my long-term blog sponsors. I am taking a wee break from Project Wonderful, but hope to be back soon. Thank you for your continued support!

if i win the lottery :: marshmallow peeps

fizzybubbles

I think this is how my love of marshmallows began.
I used to devour these things by the 12 pack
!

Every Easter,
the Washington Post -- among other newspapers -- holds a
Marshmallow Peeps Diorama Contest!

As with the earlier "If I Win the Lottery" installments on
fruitcake, bacon & eggs, under the sea,
whether they be chicks or rabbits,
none of these
Marshmallow Peeps are the real thing!

if i win the lottery :: conversation hearts

As with my previous IIWtL posts on
bacon & eggs, snowflakes and fruitcake,
none of these Conversation Hearts are the real thing.
So they won't leave a chalky taste in your mouth!

Right here on the ocean floor
Such wonderful things surround you
What more is you lookin’ for?"

if i win the lottery :: snowflakes

formfireglassworks

Not a single snowflake sighting in the DC metro area,
but one can always hope!

It's a good thing none of these are real,
because then I'd just be left with a puddle of water!

if i win the lottery :: honeysuckle

Creating Etsy treasuries seem like a lot of fun. But you have to be at your computer at the right moment, and that moment always seems to pass me by. So here are my own, a series I'm calling "If I Win the Lottery". I'd happily rename it if there are any Etsy sugahpeeps (equal opportunity!) out there :: hee ::

The first IIWtL showcased
two pieces from StudioÉLAN. This one is based on a theme -- honeysuckle. I may not be a girly-girl, but I can appreciate pretty flowers!
